Dispatch & Delivery information
We will always endeavor to process orders quickly and efficiently with our aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days from the date of ordering. Our dispatch days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank holidays.
Where we deliver?
We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom, this includes Northern Ireland & Scottish Isles but does not include Channel Islands.
What we charge?
Royal Mail Delivery – £2.95 / Free on orders over £50
We like to keep our pricing simple, so that’s why we have a single pricing charge for all items, as well as a free delivery promotion for all orders over £50. When the basket total meets the requirement of free delivery, this option will be shown along with the paid shipping option, you do not need to select the paid for option when free delivery is shown.
Delivery details
For Royal Mail service we use Royal Mail 48. This service isn’t a guaranteed delivery option and has a delivery aim between 2-4 working days from dispatch but delays may occur and items can take longer than estimated. In transit tracking is not provided on this service with items having a delivery scan point at the time of delivery, this scan point provides a time & GPS stamp to accurately locate the delivery.
