Here is a selection of possible questions & answers that you may find useful, if you can’t find the question you’re looking for then contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit & debit cards along with Apple & Google pay. Apple & Google pay will only show as available if using a device that is suitable for use with that method. All our payments are processed by WooCommerce payments which utilise Stripe payment gateway, a worldwide secure platform.

Do you accept Paypal?

At the moment we do not accept Paypal.

When will my item be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all in stock orders within 1-3 working days from ordering, for full details on our dispatch and delivery services see our delivery page. We even provide a dispatch promise with more details of this available on our promotions page.

What delivery methods do you offer?

We currently use Royal Mail for our standard delivery option and use a variety of different services for our Courier delivery option. See our delivery page for full details.

Can I get a tracking number?

Tracking options are currently only available on courier services, a tracking link for these services can be found on your order details and within your order email. If you’re unable to find this then contact us at hello@thethreadbox.co.uk providing your order number and we’ll get one sent over to you.

Can I get a discount?

We’ll be offering regular discount opportunities across our site. For the latest information visit our promotions page, follow us on social media and signup to our newsletter to be kept informed of all promotions we’ll be running. For the best way to save, follow all 3 options as from time to time we’ll be running specific discounts to each option.

Where are you and can I visit you?

We’re a UK based company down in Devon just outside the beautiful town of Tavistock. We’re purely online so we don’t allow access to our warehouse with all orders being dispatched via delivery services.
