These Terms & Conditions refer to the facebook & instagram giveaway posted on The Thread Box UK Facebook page & Instagram page on February 16th 2024.

Dates & Times

  • Giveaway start time February 16th 2024 12:00 GMT
  • Giveaway end time March 1st 2024 23:59 GMT
  • Winner to be announced March 2nd on our Facebook & Instagram page

The Prize

  • Giveaway prize of one Gutermann Nostalgic 30 Thread Tin Set with a retail value of £39.00. Set consists of a decorative storage tin with a motif typical of 1930’s Gutermann advertising and 30 100m Sew All threads in popular shades.

Entry Routes

  • Via The Thread Box UK social media accounts of Facebook &/or Instagram
  • Free entry with any online purchase.

Social Media Entry Requirements

  • Entrants must press/click the Like/React button to either the Facebook Post or Instagram post directly linked to the Giveaway. This can seen as the post with the #giveaway and Giveaway title at the head of the post posted on February 16th. Link to post coming soon.
  • Entrants must also comment on the same post.
  • Both Like/React and Comment requirements are required for a successful single entry.
  • An Entrant may enter both the Facebook Post & Instagram post and if all conditions are met a single entry will be counted from each.
  • Multiple comments on either post will not increase the entries associated.
  • Comments & Likes must be on the original post on the above linked pages, we are unable to accept entries on posts that are from shares on either platform.
  • ENTRANTS MUST BE FROM THE UK OR HAVE A UK DELIVERY ADDRESS. We are currently unable to provide delivery outside of the UK.

Entry via Online Purchase promotion

  • Any order placed on thethreadbox.co.uk during the promotion run time, will have a free entry added to the giveaway at checkout.
  • Individuals not wanting to be entered can remove this from their basket before order completion.
  • Qualifying orders must contain at least 1 physical product with postage for entry to be counted.

Winner

  • The winner will be chosen at random using a random selector un-associated with us. We will enter all entrants names into the selector and the result will be recorded. A copy of the selection can be provided upon request.
  • The winner will be announced on March 2nd via our Facebook & Instagram accounts.
  • The winner will be contacted if possible via direct message. If not possible the winner will be requested to contact us via direct message. Email contact will not be accepted as we cannot verify correct ownership.

Who is running the giveaway?

The giveaway will be run entirely by the admins of The Thread Box UK’s facebook & social page and is in no way affiliated to Facebook, Instagram or Meta and they have no responsibility in the running or administering of this competition. Facebook, Instagram, Meta and all their associated groups are in no way responsible over the governing of this giveaway, any concerns regarding this giveaway must be directed to the admins of The Thread Box UK’s social pages or directly to us via email hello@thethreadbox.co.uk.
