• Where the term “working days” is provided, this will be categorised as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
  
• Where a safe place or PO box notice has been provided, all liability ends once delivery to this location has been provided. We accept no liability or responsibility for the safety of any items left within any designated safe place or PO box.
  
• We reserve the right to amend or remove any delivery/shipping service we offer at any time without prior notice to you, the user.

Order Cancellation

• You, the user have the right to cancel an order/service placed through our site within the time frames stipulated within our returns & refund policy.
  
• We must be contacted within the time frames mentioned within our returns & refund policy for any cancellation request to be accepted.
  
• If in the event your goods or services have been dispatched, cancellation can be processed immediately. Any refund provided will follow the details & time frames as stipulated in our returns & refund policy.
  
• If in the event your goods or services have already been dispached, any cancellation request will need to meet the requirements as stipulated within our returns & refund policy in order for the cancellation request to be accepted. Any goods or services that do not meet the requirements will have the cancellation request declined.
  
• If customised, personal, perishable or time critical items have been purchased, no availability to cancel will be provided.

Liability & Indemnity

• We are not liable for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages or loss as a result of the use of or the inability to use any or all of our site, or the goods & services obtained by through this site.
